S-20, r. 1 - By-law respecting the collection and selection of judicial decisions

3. A decision may be selected if it contains any of the following:
(1)  a new point of law;
(2)  a new departure in case law;
(3)  unusual facts;
(4)  substantial documentary information;
(5)  a discussion of a specific social problem.
The above considerations also govern the manner in which the decision is reported, whether verbatim, in summary or by extract, in tabular form or otherwise.
